- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Knowing about birth control is part of their job, right? And they advertise that Planned Parenthood offer *all* forms of birth control. Can someone please tell me why the person who answered the phone didn't know whata cervical cap was? I had to explain and educate a Planned Parenthood employee on an item and service that Planned Parenthood doesn't offer, or so I was told by the individual who answered the phone.
