- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The staff was amazing so for their personality alone its 5 stars they have a cat side and dog side in the lobby so there wont be any aggression. The vet exam fee was reasonable and after going to a ban field got scam out of 160 ! Dr. Basem Ghobrial at the Pomona hospital finally found out was was wrong with my pittie girl. She had an infected paw and at first the bill was almost 800 for x-rays fox searching meds, shots etc but once I explain I can't afford that right now they worked with me and got it down to less than half. And even help me out a with the meds on credit. The staff truly cares about their patients and not just the money. And most importantly the vet actually knows what he's talking about not just saying stuff to take your money. Will be returning this will be out vet home .September 26, 2017by Monique Davis-Goosby
